ESAB E8010-G Pipeline Electrode

The ESAB E8010-G electrode is a covered consumable for low-alloy SMAW welding, classified under AWS A5.5 E8010-G and intended for pipeline work where the procedure requires a high-penetration cellulosic electrode. Unlike E7018 and E7018-1, which are low-hydrogen options for fill, cap or structural welding according to the WPS, E8010-G is mainly requested for line work, field erection and joints where penetration and pass technique are critical.
