33/67 Tin Solder

33/67 tin solder is a tin-lead alloy positioned between 30/70 and 40/60 references, useful for soft soldering work where a balanced mix between pasty filling and manual wetting is desired. It is used in radiators, traditional non-potable plumbing, sheet seals, sheet metal work and workshop maintenance. Since the lot does not include a specific standard, it should be requested by composition and application, especially when the buyer requires continuity with old procedures or plant inventory already in use. Compared with 30/70 it offers slightly more tin; compared with 40/60 it retains a more pasty behavior. Because it contains lead, it must not be selected for potable water, food or projects requiring lead-free fillers.
