West Arco TIG Inox 308L

The West Arco TIG Inox 308L is a filler rod for TIG welding of stainless steel, classified as AWS A5.9 ER308L. It is used in fabrication and maintenance of 304 and 304L stainless parts, where a clean bead, filler control and compatibility with similar austenitic steels are required. It is common in shop work, erection of stainless structures, equipment repair and fabrication of components exposed to environments where weld finish and cleanliness matter. Compared with West Arco TIG Inox 309L, this reference differs by its use on similar stainless; 309L is normally reserved for dissimilar joining or transition with carbon steel.
